Fiction Vs. Nonfiction

In the world of literature, there are two types of books, you have nonfiction, and fiction. Both have their ups and downs, but both can be very good. Even nonfiction can be, believe it or not. I still haven’t found one that is good, but I’m sure there’s one out there. There is mystery, love stories, action and adventure, and horror stories in both categories of books. Which one you like more, is for you to decide.
I personally love fiction. I think that it is much better than nonfiction for many reasons. One reason is that you can go anywhere with fiction. The limit to fiction is the limit of the author’s imagination, and that is limitless! I mean, your main character can have the ability to fly! I bet you won’t find that in any nonfiction novel. Plus, all superheroes came from fiction novels and series. Without fiction, we wouldn’t have Iron Man, the Hulk, and Captain America. I think that would completely suck if those weren’t ever created.  So you can probably see why I like fiction so much
Nonfiction, it just sucks. I have read only a few nonfiction books that I have actually liked. Other than those, I hated them. They are so drawn out and boring. I don’t even know how someone can put so much detail into something as simple as a couch. There is simply too much, making it not good. For example, not to seem like a bad person or anything, I read a book about the holocaust. I know that it is a terrible thing and it shouldn’t ever happen again, but I didn’t like it! It was way too detailed and made it super hard to read. I just don’t like it! Now, I’m sure that there is a nonfiction book out there that I would find enjoyable. But I don’t know when the time of me having that book will come. It probably will never come, because if I see that it is nonfiction, then I most likely will not even glance at it.

That’s my stance on fiction and nonfiction. If anyone has any books that they think I would enjoy, fiction or nonfiction, please let me know. I would love to read them. I need more books to read and I want to broaden my selection.
